I write to bring you good news on many fronts. Last week we sent in to Elections Canada 330 declarations- 80 more than the required 250. More continue to arrive in our office daily. In the event Elections Canada rejects over 80 of the declarations, we have many more to fill the quota well in advance of the deadline of June 30, 2007. Of course, until Elections Canada has told us all is in order, we are still not
re-qualified as a registered party. I was going to wait until I had that word before I wrote to you, but so many of you are asking about the status of the declarations, that I decided I should tell you this much now.

Thank you all for your participation. We are still processing many other declarations in our possession against our membership list to ensure membership. Although many members are reticent to sign a declaration, so many cooperated.

In addition, so many of you are being generous in contributions. You breathe life into your vehicle called CAP. Thanks to you we have a well functioning structural apparatus .We have a dynamo website supported by excellent technical and artistic people creating, developing; maintaining, trouble shooting, operating and managing it
and the server that handles all our data and systems. It takes money to pay the people who do all that and you are providing it. We rely on your continued generosity to be able to function.

In addition we have part time staff who keep up with the growing membership which requires an expanding inputting and outputting of data. Everyone is receipted. That means much envelope addressing and stuffing and stamping. Much bookkeeping. Much communicating. Furthermore, I want you to know that we have a number of very dedicated national executive members and others who give incredible amounts of time in various ways that give CAP many legs up.

Having almost sufficient staff and so much help from others is freeing me to do more leadership roles. Our website is a one of a kind attracting many new supporters. Many speeches I make are on the site and are increasingly well received. In particular, the presentation on the NAU (North American Union) that I did in Victoria only a month ago over the Easter weekend has reached an exciting amount of exposure across North America and even Europe. It is being downloaded, and e mailed, and then posted on many popular websites including Prisonplanet and Rense. As at May 7,2007 it was number 26 in the top items in a list of 600,000 that come up when you google the NAU.

That video can be seen by clicking on this video link. I am bombarded with mail and requests for radio shows with alternate media, mostly in the USA but some in Canada. The response is excitement that a voice finally exists expressing the views of people that is not profiled by any other political party in Canada or the USA. People who have never voted or had stopped voting want to be involved now. It is outrageous that Canadians have to go to US media to hear a Canadian message and to learn about a real Canadian alternative. However, all the efforts to silence or hide us are biting the dust! There is a hunger for our language, our approach, our direction. We have been on the right track from day one. Now that track is humming. It is as if a light larger than any of us is guiding us and attracting attention.

For your use in gatherings or discussions or dissemination, we are making many copies of this April 2007 NAU video by me to send to members who request it. A previous video of me presenting at a 9/11 video show that we have sent out to those who requested it was not any where near this quality of production or substance as this April NAU presentation.

We are also disseminatiing another excellent video on the NAU which consists of various media clips profiling the NAU including Lou Dobbs from CNN, all from the USA except a small clip by me from our website. I suggest that gathering a few friends together for a showing of the two videos on the NAU, mine and the media clip one, are a good way to inform your friends and family and acquaintances. We urge you to copy and distribute these.

We have three videos on money that we can get to you for your use and dissemination.

One on the Bank of Canada produced by John Riddell $10.00 - focuses on the power of our Bank of Canada. (Canadian). One called Money as Debt by Paul Grignon $25.00 - an excellent animation that makes simple the issue of the debt system - It only has slight reference to the distinctive saving power of our Bank of
Canada- (Canadian). One by Ed Griffen called A Reality Course on Money $1.00. another excellent explanation of the enslavement power of money- no reference
to our bank of Canada and its power for the people. (USA)

We are recruiting candidates via our website. There is excellent interest from across the country including Quebec, and interestingly, significant interest from youth. Even a 16 year old wanted to run! We have a number in their 20's!

Now that the fixed election date law delays the next compulsory election to 2009, we know that by then the structural integration of North America will be complete. The rapid pace of implementation is staggering while our government lies about it. So we shift gears!

Despite the fact that the Competitiveness Council of corporate power is now wielding its muscle under the mantle of our government in treasonous activity, we reconnoiter. We field as many candidates as we can - not to be the irrelevant sops
in an emasculated system, but rather to take power in a civil revolution by the ballot box to depose the corporate rulers and restore democracy. We abrogate NAFTA and dismantle the NAU.

Once elected we revise the electoral process modeled on a Swiss style referendum system to ensure that it is only the will of the people that decides, not an elite, unaccountable, unelected, unrepresentative greedy few.

We restore the rule of law that provides and protects civil liberty to ensure our capacity to function.

We immediately restore the maximum use of our Bank of Canada which will liberate us from strangulation of our economy by the financial elite. We know that whoever controls the creation and issuance of money has all the power.
